Just figuring out characteristics of FIMO polymer clay and JOVI air dry clay. They are rather different in use and I believe that better options for sculpting do exist.
Metal armatures with Aluminum Foil bulking were used for both experiments.
JOVI air dry clay is _cheap_ and works well for rough, sketchy style (right).
FIMO, as you can see in the picture (left), enables you to make more details. Besides, it remains good for years (whereas JOVI becomes useless after it's forgotten on a table for 30 minutes - I know from experience). On the other hand, working with FIMO really takes its time and polymer clay is like, super expensive. Anyways, it was worth buying.
